By using the site and entering into any transaction with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from Kensington Diamonds, and constitute an agreement between you and Kensington Diamonds. Kensington Diamonds reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the website at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the website. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the site.
Availability and Pricing
We work to ensure that the data and pricing information on our website is correct and up to date. However occasionally data and prices may be displayed inaccurately due to an error in our system or a mistake made between us and our suppliers.
While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. Kensington Diamonds cannot be held accountable for pricing errors and will not be able to honour them when they occur.
Likewise every diamond is unique and in the rare event that a diamond is selected by two different customers at the same time and one completes the transaction before the other, Kensington Diamonds cannot be held liable to deliver the exact same diamond. We will do everything in our power to work with customers in this event to find a suitable replacement of a similar specification for a similar price in this event.
In the event that an item goes out of stock before we are able to post a notification on our site, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss possible alternative options.
Our prices may also change without notice as a result of our suppliers changing the price of diamonds or movements in foreign exchange. We are not at liberty to hold our prices at a constant rate and may need to adjust them where necessary. The price of an item will never change after we have entered into a fully paid transaction with a customer.
We do not negotiate on prices and all our given prices are final.

After ordering your selected diamond online, we offer all clients an appointment to visit our showroom and see the diamond for yourself.
If for whatever reason it turns out to not be what you were expecting, there is no obligation to continue with the purchase and we will happily help you find an alternative from our other diamonds in stock, or cancel the transaction.
Due to the hand made, bespoke nature of our products however - once the diamond has been set into jewlery we do not offer refunds.
We always operate in good faith and aim to work with our customers to find a solution to any problem - but refunds will be made at Kensington Diamonds own discretion. We cannot be held liable to provide a refund after a bespoke order has been set into a setting.
Date of Delivery
Kensington Diamonds aim to deliver our customer's orders in the fastest time possible, our intention is to deliver before the date outlined before a transaction and this will often be the case.
It must be noted however that as a result of extraordinary unforeseen circumstances that the planned date of delivery may be delayed. We will take every available option to ensure this does not occur, however in the event that it does we cannot be held liable for any problems arising as a result of a short delay.
Ethical Sourcing Policy
At Kensington Diamonds we abide by a strict code of conduct to ensure that every single diamond we sell our customers has been legally procured from an ethically responsible source.
We buy our diamonds exclusively from the world's largest and most-established producers, who are 100% compliant with the regulations laid out in the Kimberley Process.
We aim to be a morally responsible company that gives back to communities, especially in areas in which diamonds are mined; therefore we donate a percentage of each sale of eternity rings, earrings and wedding bands to the Save the Children charity. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club credit cards for purchases in our showroom.
Our store accepts payments online through the PayPal payment gateway, guaranteeing the highest level of safety and encryption. Please refer to the PayPal website for more information.
We also accept bank transfers into our Mizuho corporate bank account, however only at our own discretion. Bank transfers are to be made within 3 business days after an order is complete.
Orders online and orders in the showroom shall be paid in full, in advance.
